Shocking Reasons Why Some Women Find It Difficult To Reach Orgɐsm Revealed

A Cosmo Survey has revealed the reason(s) why some women find it very difficult to orgasm and what the men are doing wrong to contribute to the problem. A full two-thirds of women say they’ve faked an orgasm, and over 70% blame it on lack of cl!to ral stimulation. On the whole, though, women appear to be somewhat satisfied, with over half orgasming at least most times they have s3x, reports Askmen.

Cosmo, perhaps best imagined as the female counterpart to AskMen, surveyed 2,300 women aged 18-40 about their orgasms. Their results were across the board — 67% of those surveyed reported faking orgasms.

Regarding those 67% that faked orgasms —they’re doing it for your own good. More than a quarter said they faked it in order to make their partner feel good and/or spare his feelings from being hurt. As for why they couldn’t cross the s3xual rubicon, results were mixed.

While 73% said their lack of orgasm was the result of inadequate clitoral stimulation or incorrect stimulation by their partners, 50% said that they felt close, but just couldn’t get over the edge.

About a third said that mental blocks were what prevented climax.

As for you being the key to your lady’s s3xual awakening, think again. Just shy of 40% surveyed said most of their orgasms happen through mastu rbation, while just 20% attributed them to vag !nal interc ourse plus cl!tor al stimu lation. For those of you who think your epic genitals are all she needs, you’re in the minority — just 15% got off via vag!n al interco urse alone.

Orgasms also appear to be easier to come by with age. While 84% of respondents between the ages of 18 and 24 reported ever having had an orgasm, that number jumps to 96% for women over 30. The statistics underscore an unsettling truth: While teenage you was bumbling around trying to locate the vag*na somewhere on the front of her body, it’s possible that things were getting very, very real in your parents’ bedroom.

While 57% said that they orgasmed most or every time they had s3x with a partner, they at least think your heart is in the right place: 78% believe that their partner cares about whether or not they orgasm. Even if you can make her O, chances are it’s not her first rodeo — the majority of women surveyed had their first orgasms between the ages of 14 and 24, largely thanks to their own handiwork.
