Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) stormed Imo State yesterday in protest of 3000 workers sacked by the state governor. According to a source, the 3000 workers were sacked on the basis of corruption, while some were said to be ghost workers.
The issue was later resolved after much protest by NLC and the 3000 workers were asked to resume work immediately while investigation is ongoing.
